  • One permit covers one vendor team, at one work area, for one shift. Activities by a different vendor or in a different area need their own permit.
  • Work starts only after the approval mail reaches the MST, and within 30 minutes of it.
  • Keep the permit displayed at the work spot until closure.
  • Any change in scope, location or team needs a new permit.
